Josette Fleszar, President and CEO – Fleszar brings to Jigsaw more than 28 years of hands-on and managerial experience, particularly in the health care financial industry.
She has worked with multiple health care companies around the U.S. most of her career to constantly improve collections and cash flow (oftentimes by more than 100%), including Medical University of South Carolina for which she collected more than $90 million in outstanding receivables following Hurricane Hugo.
Prior to founding Jigsaw, Fleszar founded RPM (Receivable Process Management), which worked with the executive teams of both large and small healthcare facilities designing financial strategies to ensure maximize reimbursement for services provided. Four years later, RPM merged with Third Millennium Healthcare Systems, Inc. as a strategic opportunity to broaden the scope of impact on the financial position and provide additional software options for health care entities. Two years following that, Third Millennium/RPM became a division of CareMedic Systems, Inc., a $52M organization with numerous software platforms designed to assist in financial improving healthcare entities’ profitability.
Ginger Ackerman, VP of Sales and Marketing – Ackerman brings to Jigsaw more than 25 years of experience in sales, marketing, business development, administration and operations with both non-profit and for profit organizations in the health care industry.
Prior to her role with Jigsaw, Ackerman worked in non-profit organizations and, as part of executive teams, led significant growth in community programs through program design, grant writing and fund development.
In the for profit world, she joined the Caremark International team where she managed four different teams, including reimbursement and contract management, to help deliver medical treatment to individuals with rare genetic diseases such as hemophilia and autoimmune disorders. Ackerman was integral in growing her division from $52M to $325M in just five years. She also co-founded hygafem-georgia, inc., which replaced its competitors in major accounts such as Mohawk Carpet, TRANE, Tyson Foods and ConAgra. In three years, as Vice President of Sales & Marketing, Ackerman grew the company to over $3M with a 38% profit margin.
Ackerman also worked with organizations in the health care financial space, which provided software and services to hospitals and clinics, including NDCHealth, HealthLogic and RPM (Receivable Process Management). As a Vice President of Sales for RPM, she maximized sales growth and helped ensure quality customer service, which contributed to the successful merger of RPM and Third Millennium. Third Millennium/RPM eventually became a division of CareMedic Systems, Inc., a $52M organization with numerous software platforms designed to assist in financial improving healthcare entities’ profitability.
James Chestnut – James Chestnut brings to Jigsaw more than 33 years of financial experience.
He served his longest tenure with The Coca-Cola Company worldwide, ultimately acting as Senior Vice President and Chief Financial Officer and later Executive Vice President, Operations Support for the corporation. He retired from The Coca-Cola Company in 2004. Additionally, Chestnut completed numerous stints as a director of public companies in the U.S., Mexico and Australia.
A trustee of the Royal Scottish Corporation (ScotsCare), he now lives in the UK specializing in advising private international companies and pursuing investment opportunities in early stage companies.
